Art has always been my focus. I am a print maker, painter, sculptor -
I use the female form as the central theme within most of my work, where introspection, nuance and intimate vignettes are inherent. There is always an underlying narrative. Stone carving came late in my life, joining Te Kupenga in 2014. I find it incredibly rewarding and extremely challenging. Although I now live in Australia I frequent New Plymouth as often as I can. I’m always grateful for the opportunity to work on my stones and be around the kindred souls in the Club and Symposiums.
